Tomball (Harris County) — Klauer Manufacturing Company, a trusted leader in residential building products, has announced the opening of its newest location in the northwest suburbs of Houston.

The expansion marks a significant milestone in Klauer’s commitment to providing faster, more localized service across South and Central Texas.

The Klauer Texas facility is scheduled to open by the end of this month as a warehouse, with full manufacturing capabilities set to launch in the early part of Q4. The 40,200-square-foot facility, including 2,000 square feet of office space, will warehouse and manufacture residential roof flashing products to better serve markets in Houston, San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas.

“This expansion is a direct response to the growing demand in South and Central Texas for high-quality roofing accessories with faster turnaround and delivery times,” said Michael Klauer, president of Klauer Manufacturing. “Opening Klauer Texas allows us to bring our products closer to our customers and reinforce our commitment to service and innovation.”
