TOMBALL, TEXAS (July 18, 2022) – For the second consecutive year, the Tomball Business & Technology Park was named a top industrial park in the United States by Business Facilities. The publication ranked the Tomball Business & Technology Park the 10th best industrial park in the country in its 18th Annual Rankings Report.
Operated by the Tomball Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), the 99.5-acre Tomball Business & Technology Park is lauded for its location, amenities, and infrastructure. The master-planned and deed-restricted light industrial park utilizes flexible lot sizes and competitive pricing. It is fully served with all utilities, provides off-site detention, and delivers easy access to State Highway 249, Grand Parkway, and FM 2920.

Business Facilities’ Industrial Parks ranking considers park size, location to markets, growth potential, and recent expansions, as well as distinctive assets like water resources, on-site utilities, residential developments, and amenities.
The Tomball Business & Technology Park has seen over $47 million in capital investment, 561,137 square-feet of building constructed, 362+ jobs created, and 414 jobs relocated to Tomball. Nearly all of the 99.5 acres is occupied or under contract.
