Colliers Represents Tomball Economic Development Corporation in Purchase of 29.5-acre Tract in Tomball, Texas

Houston, August 26, 2025 — Colliers is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 29.5011 acres of land located off Mechanic Street in Tomball, Texas. Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers represented the buyer, Tomball Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), in the transaction. The seller, Martin Marietta Materials Southwest, represented themselves. Closing was coordinated by Jane Mathews of Stewart Title - Tomball. 

The property is strategically positioned within the City of Tomball, providing direct access to major thoroughfares and proximity to the city’s expanding business district. This purchase reflects TEDC’s ongoing commitment to fostering economic growth and positioning Tomball as a premier destination for business investment.
